With numerous cases I have opened with OnStar/GM/Chevrolet, it is still an issue with failure to reliably manage and display Wi-Fi Hotspot settings in both my online (https://my.chevrolet.com) account and in the myChevrolet app. This has been ongoing for several months. If this is a known issue, why don't they post a message about this in both the online and mobile app? It appears the only way to reliably manage this setting is directly in your vehicle.
