There seems to be multiple Technical Support Groups within OnStar/GM/myChevrolet app. Can you please provide ALL of the contact information ALL of the groups. ie. Phone numbers and email addresses. Thank you.

Why do you close open cases that are not resolved and do not notify the customer that they were closed? Does not seem like very good customer service.
How about adding a "Known Issues" to the "Connected Services Help"? Posting known issues will help keep everyone up to date as to when an expected resolution will be implemented.
Has anyone noticed missing Trips in the "Chevrolet Smart Driver". ie. The "More > Chevrolet Smart Driver" menu item. I specifically had issues with Trips missing on at least 2 or 3 occasions for my 2023 Trailblazer.
