Just bought a new Silverado 1500 , onstar app and the account on the desktop still shows 5 days old info for :
Rest of the app works ok. I know is not the app since the same info it is shown on the OnStar account
I tried restarting the vehicle several times with 2 minutes wait and so on, still nothing. i called OnStar and they transferred me to a GM connection center team 877-558-8352 they escalated again, and I was asked to wait for a call back. Few days later I'm still waiting for that call back.....
