Just purchased our 2nd Chevrolet EV. App no longer working. Tried all recommendations, updating phone and uninstalling and reinstalling App. Please advise.

Are you having trouble with your Remote Key Fob, or updating your Vehicle Status within the myChevrolet mobile app? Are you receiving any error codes at all? Similar issue here - 2024 Equinox EV 3RS - app won’t update vehicle charging status details unless I fully log out and log back in. For an app that’s supposed to add convenience, this isn’t convenient at all.

We understand the importance of reliability, and would like to help to the best of our abilities. To further clarify, have you ensured you have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded? Additionally, do you currently have “Power Saving Mode/Low Power Mode" enabled on your device? Power saving mode may disable/delay certain app permissions and functions from working properly to conserve battery. With this, we will keep an eye out for your reply.

Good morning.
My Chevrolet app is v7.0.0 and my iPhone is on iOS 18. I don’t have low data or low power modes enabled and the app has background refresh enabled.
