Vehicle Showing as Not Connected in myGMC app

Chevy app not sending two factor code

Have tried signing out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling and even signing in from a different device and nothing has fixed this issue. Contacted the app support team twice and they could not fix the issue, only escalated the case.
