Guardian is the worst. Don't get it.
OnStar Guardian is a rip off. I had been paying $15 a month for a year and a half. I could never get the app to work and sent in multiple help tickets through the app and then through the website. I never got a response or any help. I broke down today and try to use the guardian roadside assistance. At first, they said, I they couldn't find my account, then they found it under my husband's name and said it was inactive. Then when I asked, what have I been paying fifteen dollars a month for, then all of a sudden. I did have an active account. Then, when they checked with the roadside assistance to see if it showed that I was connected, they said it did not. So I was on the phone for UP to 30 minutes. I never got roadside assistance help. I finally got to billing, and as for a full refund for every month that I have paid for it. And she could only refund me up to fifty five dollars, and said that they would put in a case for me. With all of this happening, it is ninety degrees out.My car has overheated and broke down.I have kids with me.And I still had to get a toe and pay for it out of pocket. And no one could tell me why my account would not show I had roadside.Assistant, but they have been fine.Taking my money every single month. I canceled it while I was on the phone.I'm very angry and disappointed and feel like I have been robbed. And I don't think any of that information should have taken up to thirty minutes.And I had to confirm my account and my information three different times all the while trying to navigate an emergency breakdown. Don't use Guardian. It doesn't work and the service was terrible.Can't add family member to OnStar Guardian who was previously removed from My Family
My husband was in my OnStar Family previously. I recently tried to add him back to the family, but when I send the invitation he receives the text and when he clicks on it, but it just opens the app and does not show him where to enter the code I sent him. He verified that he's logged in, and that his login is the same username that was used previously when he was in the family. How do I add a user that was previously in the family but was removed?Lyriq26 Digital Key Frustration
I just bought a 2026 Lyriq MY26 (in may) that support the UWB key card and all needed to use the Digital Key... I only bought this vehicle because it supposed to have that function. I coming from a Tesla and that Digital Key was the decision point to go with Cadillac. Now i am so sad and dissapointed about... I really want this working guys. Is there a way to get added to the Apple Car Key/ Digital Key program? For sure i will be satisfied even if its still in the Beta Test, i don't care. I just want the functionality so get me inside this testing program to help and and provide feedback please. I cannot wait that anymore. I will tell everybody in the world to not buy this vehicle if this function take so long haha. Help pleaseWe're completing your digital order
I recently purchased a Supercruise plan, and the app froze up during the purchase. I got a receipt email, and tech support was able to get my plan working in the vehicle. Since this purchase the app has a banner at the top that says "We're completing your digital order. Once it's processed, you'll be able to place a new one. Please refresh". The icons to add anything to your cart, such as an Onstar plan are also gone, so I can not make any purchases. This has been like this since June 5th. I've logged out and back in, deleted and redownloaded the app, and tried logging in from a PC, and have the same result. Has anybody experienced this and fixed it? I've had enough of sitting on the phone with them just to get my plan working in the first place. ThanksMychevrolet app not working.
I have encountered this issue with others in the organization as well. After attempting various troubleshooting steps, none have proven effective. I can't get the Chevy app to update charge history. It shows me a log entry from last Friday and won't show me any of my weekend charging. Is there a third party app we can use that actually works and tracks charging? Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has been having random freezing issues lately while trying to play game on Android. Everything was working fine for me before, but after the recent update I started getting weird lag spikes, delayed loading screens, and occasional crashes whenever I switch between games. What’s confusing is that my internet connection is completely stable and other apps run normally, so I’m not sure if this is related to the app itself, Android permissions, or maybe something server-side. I also noticed the battery drain feels a lot higher than before and sometimes the phone gets unusually warm after only a short session. I already tried reinstalling it, clearing storage, and restarting my device, but the same problems keep happening randomly. I’m mainly wondering if this is affecting other users too or if there’s a compatibility issue with newer Android versions. Would appreciate any advice because I’ve been trying to figure this out for the last few days.
