I recently purchased a Supercruise plan, and the app froze up during the purchase. I got a receipt email, and tech support was able to get my plan working in the vehicle. Since this purchase the app has a banner at the top that says "We're completing your digital order. Once it's processed, you'll be able to place a new one. Please refresh". The icons to add anything to your cart, such as an Onstar plan are also gone, so I can not make any purchases. This has been like this since June 5th. I've logged out and back in, deleted and redownloaded the app, and tried logging in from a PC, and have the same result. Has anybody experienced this and fixed it? I have been noticing something odd with my FAB card over the past couple of weeks and it is starting to worry me. Small amounts are being deducted regularly and I do not recognize the name of the merchant at all. It looks like some kind of subscription or recurring payment, but I never signed up for anything recently. I first thought it might be linked to an app or service I forgot about, but after checking my emails and past purchases, nothing matches those charges. The problem is that the deductions keep happening, and I feel like if I do not act quickly, more money will go out without me knowing why. At the same time, I am trying to keep track of my salary account balance because my monthly credit should have already come in. With these unknown deductions, I am not confident about the actual amount left in my account. If anyone here knows a clear way to check the exact salary balance in FAB when there are ongoing charges like this, it would really help me understand where I stand. I have already checked my card settings but could not find anything obvious to stop these payments. 2026 Vistiq not sending charge status to app
5 days ago my 2026 vistiq just stopped syncing with the app. Appears features work but no charge status of any type. It’s just unable to refresh. Rebooted card. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Logged out and back in. Nothing fixes it. Anyone seeing this? Our vistiq has been nothing but problems. HUD died and dealer says it’s unfixable. No remedy. No offer of remuneration. the cars internet stops owning randomly so none of the services work. Fixes itself randomally as well. 3rd row headrests don’t fold at a time that works with the seat all the way back. It’s just super super buggy. dealership is not able to fix anything and just says “GM is working on it”. Basically a lemon. 2 year lease I wanted to love so much. And I do.
