MyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating
My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. I have a 2024 Sierra 1500 and my vehicle status has not changed since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal in my truck 7 days ago. I don't know if there are any similarities but the vehicle stopped updating after the refresh. I have already done the power cycle of the truck (run for 2 minutes...off for at least 2 min...sign out of the MyGMC app and back in...have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times). I use a routine on my Alexa device to open my garage door and start my vehicle daily while getting ready to leave for work. Within the last week, I noticed that I wasn't getting prompted for my PIN to start my vehicle, and getting a message from Alexa that it couldn't connect to My Chevrolet. This has happened before and I would just have to re-link my account in the Alexa app. When I tried to do that, it appears that the My Chevrolet skill is no longer available on Alexa. I have a 2015 Volt and myChevrolet app no longer shows EV detail on the app. This includes charging status, range, charging options, etc. Also, the "vehicle status" detail that is shown is from 16 months ago (Dec 2023). All of this functionality worked fine a few days ago. I cannot log in to the MyGMC app on my Android phone. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that has not fixed the issue. I can enter email and password. I get the email notification with the second security access code, and I enter the code. After that I get a message that says "Unable to complete authorization as there is no interactive call in progress. This can be due to closing the app while authorization was in process" I did not close the app, I did not leave the app, I did not tough the phone after entering the authorization code and the message above is still happening and it will not connect and it will not complete the authorization.Solved3likes36CommentsMyCadillac - Charge Status
MyCadillac Lyriqs charge status will not show in the app. I have full access to all of the other functions such as remote start, temperature control and can view tire pressure. However, the main thing i need for an electric car, is to see my Charge Status. I’ve gone through several tiers of MyAp support, however, Tier 3 has never contacted me and I’ve taken it to the dealer with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? We got a 26 Trailblazer yesterday and activated our OnStar account. We have 8 years free of the MyChevy app features (remote start, location, mileage, etc) and a 2 month trial of OnStar. When I open MyChevy app, it is still prompting me to push the OnStar button to activate. It shows in the vehicle status that there is no OnStar account linked. When I go to link my existing account to MyChevy, the page is blank. I've tried through the app, mobile browser, and home computer and have the same issue. I called OnStar and they couldn't help. She said she escalated it, but provided no time frame on when I'd hear back. Despite all this the wifi works, but we have no access to the features of the MyChevy app. Hoping for some guidance since phone representatives have not provided any resolution.0likes20Comments
