Can't add family member to OnStar Guardian who was previously removed from My Family
My husband was in my OnStar Family previously. I recently tried to add him back to the family, but when I send the invitation he receives the text and when he clicks on it, but it just opens the app and does not show him where to enter the code I sent him. He verified that he's logged in, and that his login is the same username that was used previously when he was in the family. I just bought a 2026 Lyriq MY26 (in may) that support the UWB key card and all needed to use the Digital Key... I only bought this vehicle because it supposed to have that function. I coming from a Tesla and that Digital Key was the decision point to go with Cadillac. Now i am so sad and dissapointed about... I really want this working guys. Is there a way to get added to the Apple Car Key/ Digital Key program? For sure i will be satisfied even if its still in the Beta Test, i don't care. I just want the functionality so get me inside this testing program to help and and provide feedback please. I cannot wait that anymore. We're completing your digital order
I recently purchased a Supercruise plan, and the app froze up during the purchase. I got a receipt email, and tech support was able to get my plan working in the vehicle. Since this purchase the app has a banner at the top that says "We're completing your digital order. Once it's processed, you'll be able to place a new one. Please refresh". The icons to add anything to your cart, such as an Onstar plan are also gone, so I can not make any purchases. This has been like this since June 5th. I've logged out and back in, deleted and redownloaded the app, and tried logging in from a PC, and have the same result. Has anybody experienced this and fixed it? I have been noticing something odd with my FAB card over the past couple of weeks and it is starting to worry me. Small amounts are being deducted regularly and I do not recognize the name of the merchant at all. It looks like some kind of subscription or recurring payment, but I never signed up for anything recently. I first thought it might be linked to an app or service I forgot about, but after checking my emails and past purchases, nothing matches those charges. The problem is that the deductions keep happening, and I feel like if I do not act quickly, more money will go out without me knowing why. At the same time, I am trying to keep track of my salary account balance because my monthly credit should have already come in. With these unknown deductions, I am not confident about the actual amount left in my account. If anyone here knows a clear way to check the exact salary balance in FAB when there are ongoing charges like this, it would really help me understand where I stand. I have already checked my card settings but could not find anything obvious to stop these payments.
