First of all the is very slow and then it's stopped working all together. Also had an issue saying call Onstar is you are having login issues. Not sure how to can be resolved.

To further clarify, have you ensured that you have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded? We do recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app as an initial troubleshooting step. This is such a generic reply and everyone who has this issue you have the same answer only to come back to the same answer and no results. Did that more than 10 times and still the same issue
