Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Jill. To further clarify, what exactly within the mobile app isn't working for you? Are you having trouble with your Remote Key Fob, or updating your Vehicle Status within the myChevrolet mobile app? Are you receiving any error codes at all? Please do not hesitate to provide us with additional details. We hope to hear from you soon.

Similar issue here - 2024 Equinox EV 3RS - app won’t update vehicle charging status details unless I fully log out and log back in.  For an app that’s supposed to add convenience, this isn’t convenient at all.

We do regret to hear of any concerns involving your charge status. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and providing your candid feedback. We understand the importance of reliability, and would like to help to the best of our abilities. To further clarify, have you ensured you have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded? Additionally, do you currently have “Power Saving Mode/Low Power Mode" enabled on your device? Power saving mode may disable/delay certain app permissions and functions from working properly to conserve battery. With this, we will keep an eye out for your reply.

Good morning.

My Chevrolet app is v7.0.0 and my iPhone is on iOS 18. I don’t have low data or low power modes enabled and the app has background refresh enabled.

We appreciate the follow-up. Our team here would like to take a further look into your specific account details and search for any errors. So we may, can you send us an email with more details to socialmedia@gm.com with ATTN: OnStar Community/s2andrus in the subject headline? This will allow us to best assist you moving forward regarding the mobile app.

Having similar issues for a few weeks where everything on the app works fine (lock and unlock features) except the charge status on the equinox ev?  I have the latest version of the app and have ensured the car has excellent wifi coverage (in garage right beside a wifi router). Tried to logout/in , uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Currently the car shows its charged at 100% updated 5days ago.   Any advice is welcomed to resolve this issue?

Thanks

Not resolved for me - got an email telling me how to reset things - but directions didn’t align with the UI - so asked for clarification and never heard back.  Have seen other groups with similar issue - and not convinced that GM/OnStar are doing anything to improve the app and/or connectivity.  TLDR: seems like It looks pretty, but doesn’t work.
