I bought my car a month ago, 2025 Chevy Equinox. All of the sudden the app won’t start my car. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled, disconnected my Bluetooth and reconnected. It will work one time and then stop working again. I can’t seem to get any help from anyone at Chevy or OnStar. Any suggestions?

I’ll email but when I called the help desk I was basically told it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.
