Just purchased a new vehicle 2022. Onstar helped me setup my SSID and password. Now When I try to connect to the hotspot it doesn't work. I can see the SSID and password on the screen, but it only connects without Internet (it says NO internet). I was told there was a free trial, and my account says free data trial until September. What gives? Do I still have to pay for data? My kids want to use the rear infotainment, but it will never connect... it says "no internet". Horrible experience so far with my Escalade.. Works great with my personal hotspot, but doesn't work with the OnStar hotspot.

And to make it even more crazy, my account says I have 1GB left... but i haven't even been able to connect to the internet since I purchased the vehicle last week.

Hit that Blue Button and ask to speak with the Connectivity group. They can trouble shoot if technical. If you purchased a new vehicle and setup your trial you should be able to use and connect to the wi-fi hot spot.
