Both rear tires flat (false diagnostic alert)

Captainbem

I received an email at 3:33 am with an advanced diagnostics alert informing me both of my rear tires were flat.  I was very concerned because there has been a lot of construction on my street and I found several nails and screws on the ground in the street.  But it appears to have been a false alert because all tires show 37 psi at the vehicle.

One or more of the tires in your 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe is flat.

- Driver Side Rear
- Passenger Side Rear

Please inspect before driving. You may need to add air or change the tire.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please know, if your vehicle’s tire pressure reading (on IHU/DIC) is also incorrect, it may mean that it was not recalibrated. With this, we do recommend completing a Power Cycle to attempt to update your vehicle insight. You can follow the steps below to complete this troubleshooting:

1. Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes

2. Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected)

3. Log out of the myChevrolet app and log back in - this may help the app refresh

4. If the concern is still not resolved, please wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the app again, as the status can take a few minutes to update

5. Drive the vehicle around for a few minutes to allow data to refresh on the app

Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with the app.
