Brand new Sierra 1500. I can log in and start, lock, and unlock the truck but when I try to check vehicle status it says unable to connect. Any fix for this?

We have this issue with our 2023 Yukon purchased in November 2023. Have worked with Onstar to delete app and troubleshoot, but nothing is working. It says our vehicle has not been connected since December 18. Our KM is still reading 600km. When I log into my Onstar account, my vehicle says it is connected but I cannot access any of the stats.
