upgraded my account but cannot load on phone

Last night we upgraded to the full package but when we try to use the app on our phones, it shows the home page but has a mgs that says "failed to upgrade please try again later"  which we tried this morning and still does not load

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. First, we suggest that you uninstall/reinstall the app from your device.
