myCadillac on Lyriq will not open

Since day one when I purchased my 2024 Lyriq the myCadillac app in on the vehicle will not open. It goes to open then crashes. I can't uninstall or reinstall it?

Likewise, on my phone the myCadillac app will randomly connect and update the stats from the car, but generally I am unable to connect to either precondition the car, check the status of the battery etc...

I expect more for what I pay for!

I have had my 2024 Lyriq Sport 2 for a couple of weeks and have both of the same issues.  Have been told to deinstall the app and reinstall it several times.  MyCadillac app on vehicle screen does not work.

Our team is disappointed to hear that these initial troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the difficulties you're having between the MyCadillac app and your 2024 LYRIQ in-vehicle app, Larry. This is not the experience we want for our users. We would be happy to further discuss and troubleshoot these concerns with you. At your convenience, please send us an email with some more details to socialmedia@gm.com, and be sure to put "ATTN: OnStar Community/LarryUx," in the subject line. We will be looking for your response.

LarryUx, wouldn't bother wasting your time.... I submitted my ticket, got called a week later, did the whole reset thing with the advisor, worked for the day... next day, gone again.... nothing working again.  *note the advisors are great, no issues with them, just horrible software/hardware combo that needs to be addressed..
