Chevrolet Smart Driver in myChevrolet app

Has anyone noticed missing Trips in the "Chevrolet Smart Driver". ie. The "More > Chevrolet Smart Driver" menu item. I specifically had issues with Trips missing on at least 2 or 3 occasions for my 2023 Trailblazer.

I found out today (2023-06-27) from the "Connected Technical Assistance Team" that this is a known issue. They did not have an update as to when this will be fixed. They just did a "refresh" on my account and to uninstall/reinstall the myChevrolet app and to report if I have any more missed trips. Does OnStar/myChevrolet publish an "Issues" list?
