I’ve seen lots of people with the same issue (app not refreshing vehicle status in days/weeks). So I’m wondering if anyone has successfully gotten this issue resolved. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, turning my vehicle on for a few mins and driving and turning it off, everything that’s been recommended. I just got my vehicle in August, so my trial period with onstar expired, but it says I still have remote accessibility. So I’m not sure why my vehicle status won’t update. It honestly pretty frustrating

We do appreciate your outreach, Tati. Please know, a connected vehicle plan, such as the Remote Access Plan, Essentials Plan, or Premium Plan, is required to utilize the Vehicle Status feature within the mobile app. With this, the ten year Connected Access Plan allows you access to the mobile app, but does not include features such as Vehicle Status updates or the Remote Key Fob. You can check your enrollment by visiting your GM Account.
If your vehicle is currently enrolled within an applicable plan and you have completed previous troubleshooting, our team here would like to take a further look into things on our end.
