Same issue......onstar sent numerous signals to vehicle with no luck. Was told to go to dealer, dealer says system is ok that it is an onstar issue. I even signed up for the unlimited data plan thinking that may have been an issue.....still not working......have had many GM vehicles over the years and never an issue......very frustrating!

We are also having the same issue in our 2021 Chevy.  Today when I was on the phone with OnStar they rep was going to put me on hold to talk to AT&T herself but transferred me to AT&T instead who told me they couldn't help me.  At&T transferred me back to OnStar and the new woman hung up on me.  This is ridiculous!  Get this fixed.  I think we have had 4 tickets opened on this problem.

Having the same issue with my 2021 Colorado.  Connects to the wifi but no internet connection.  Have tried calling Att and onstar with no resolution.

Most likely Onstar module needs to be replaced. I have been waiting 3 months and still no resolution. Most of the features in my truck do not work and I just recently purchased it. Looks like a lot of customers are having this issue.

Same issue with 2021 suburban..I’ve been paying for WiFi, onstar, etc. and haven’t been able to use it..no gps, can’t charge my phone either..been to dealership 5 times…recalibrated, everything..nothings changed. Onstar says they put in a ticket at dealership twice now..go to dealership and they don’t see it! I hate this very expensive pos.

Here it is September 2024 and this is still happening to Chevy customers. On Thursday, my 2023 traverse and my 2022 Silverado both vehicles the Wi-Fi is stating no connection and I’ve been getting the runaround since with OnStar after reading these forums it looks like it’s a lost cause trying to get it fixed. Everybody pointing the finger at everybody else these Wi-Fi connection issues go back a few years.
