Oil change and tire rotation

I bought my 2024 Terrain from Foundation GMC in Witchi Tall Falls, TX . My vehicle is due for a oil change and tire rotation. I thought that I would change to a dealer closer to me Southwest GMC in Lawton, OK. Southwest is giving me the run around and won't answer calls. What should I do ?
