I don't know if it's crashing. I just put on the app and nothing happens

It's has not been working for about a month now 

Thank you again for these details, Charles. At this time, we are currently experiencing a technical issue that affects certain older Android devices. As a result, impacted Members may be unable to launch or load their mobile app. Our internal teams are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and a fix will be deployed in the next mobile app release.
