Apps not downloading or available

I have had 5 calls with Onstar and they can't get my apps to download. They tell me the apps aren't available yet but with no expected timeline. Anybody have this problem? Brand new Silverado and all I get is the run around.

I have something similar I am trying to get their support on and it has not been easy so far.  I do not have an apps icon that all the online tips say to click.  I am trying to get the Alexa app on my screen and it does not exist for me.  Hopefully they can help us soon.

I've been trying for months to get the AudioBooks.com app to connect and it fails every time. OnStar has not been able to assist.
