Helen My problem has been elevated to the engineers for several weeks now. Not fix!!!!

Understanding doesn't help. Also socialmedia@gm.com doesn't fix the problem. Time to cancel

I have the same problem for 4 months. I call Onstar and all I get is sorry, thank you for your patients. I have Uninstaller the App several times. Onstar is of no help. Time to cancel. Not paying for junk anymore.

I have been in touch with OnStar several time over the past 2 months. They have not fix the problem.
