Remote start not working from My Chevrolet App

Every time i try to start my vehicle from my app it tell me "failed to connect to server".  I have unistalled and reinstalled app multiple times and still nothing.  Any solutions?

Thank you for providing us with this error code and the troubleshooting steps you have already completed. Please know, you can look up command history in your mobile app for specific failure details & resolution. With this, command history is cleared during an uninstall/reinstall or after a cache clear. To start, please see the steps below:

 

  1. From the Home Page, select the home menu anchor
  2. Scroll down and select “Settings”
  3. Select “Command History”
  4. You will see the command type, time, date, and if result (Check Mark=Success; Exclamation Point inside a Triangle=Fail). Select the arrow symbol ">" to show failure details for that specific remote command attempt
  5. See details on why the command failed and follow steps to fix the problem
  6. You can follow resolution steps outlined and re-test the desired remote command
