Chevy app and remote start is not working

Equinox EV 2024 owner since June

 

The app won't start the vehicle, it used to say turn off valet mode and try again. There's no such thing as valet mode! Now the new message is server unavailable or turn on the vehicle and try again. It's really irritating.

I rebooted the infotainment system numerous times, clear cache, reinstall the app etc and it's still junk.

On forgot to add even with the vehicle on the home WiFi it won't start
