I have tired serval times and I always get the same response to contact them via email. They give you the same reply for everyone. The app is still not fixed and you can not get updates with your battery management or vehicle status. The real issue is the developers need to fix this problem and update. The company does not want to admit they have a faulty app because it would drive customers away. Please give thumbs up is you agree and frustrated with the ev app.
