I have been emailing back and forth with the social media team for over a week . I have taken my brand new 100k truck into the service department of my very friendly dealer . I have uninstalled the app multiple times , spent hours on the phone with OnStar and even gone as far as installing the app on my kids phones to prove it’s not the device . Why have a forum if you’re only going to respond with canned replies and basic troubleshooting steps like restarting your phone . It doesn’t take an electronics engineer to know if you recieve the same error on 5 different devices that it’s not the phone . I’ve had this truck for over 2 weeks and I’ve spent more time trying to get this app working than I have enjoying the truck. What do I need to do to get this fixed ? File an attorney general complaint ? Ask for a lemon law claim ? Don’t tell me to email you with my username in the subject line .. I’ve already done it … get it together
