Recently purchased 2025 Chevy trax and Chevy app won’t notify me of viechle location, when I had my 21 equinox I had no problem with getting notified about my car leaving or arriving at specific location but I can not

get trax to work. Iv tried calling advisor over phone for help and got no where have already deleted app and re installed it several times and nothing! And I have active service with on star.
