I just leased a 2024 Silverado a week ago and the vehicle status has not updated since the day I got it. Had a difficult time getting you to remove my previous vehicle from the account. Called you directly and was told that it was logged to your tech staff for a call back. I’ve tried all the options in vehicle, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Remote start and map functionality is still working. No one has called and it’s incredibly disappointing that something that worked fine before can’t provide simple information anymore.
