2023 Chevrolet Silverado Not Updating Vehicle Stat...

For months now my app is not updating vehicle status. It used to update every time the car was turned on. I was told to call onstar and have them run a diagnostic test to restart the connection and they ran it and my app updated but not correctly. My app shows my oil is 71% the diagnostic email states 12%. My app shows the wrong fuel level, oil life and tire pressure. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you!
