App is not updating
My app hasn’t updated for 2 days now. It hasn’t changed the fuel level, miles, and tire pressure levels. Only thing working is my remote start and locking and unlocking of doors. I have already restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in, checked to see if my phone needed an update, and checked to make sure my onstar account was still active. What is going wrong with the app connecting to my vehicle????

We realize it can be frustrating when your app is not functioning as you hope, @MissKitty. We also recommend performing a global refresh by pulling down from the top of the screen when in the Vehicle Status feature. If this doesn’t help to update your vehicle details, our team would like to learn more about what you are experiencing and explore opportunities for assistance. Send us a private message to OnStar_Support with additional details to do so. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.

I am having same issue. I was going to buy a Chevy Tahoe alongside my Silverado 2500HD, but after this app fiasco, I am having second thoughts about GM.

I'm having the same issue since I bought my 2025 Yukon over a month ago. The app has never updated. Remote start and unlock work but nothing else. Called OnStar numerous times, no resolution. Tried all the trouble shooting with no luck. OnStar said they would escalate the issue and they would call me back and they never did which was 2 weeks ago.
