Thanks for sharing your concern, Sebas. To access your OnStar Account, you must create an online Account using a username and a PIN/password through your vehicle's brand website. Once the account is set up, you can then log in to access your account information. With that, you can also Push the Blue OnStar button inside your car at any time to have a live advisor process the plan purchase for you.
