App is not updating
My app hasn’t updated for 2 days now. It hasn’t changed the fuel level, miles, and tire pressure levels. Only thing working is my remote start and locking and unlocking of doors. I have already restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in, checked to see if my phone needed an update, and checked to make sure my onstar account was still active. What is going wrong with the app connecting to my vehicle????Climate Control Feature - 2025 GMC Sierra 1500
Hey everyone, Looking to see if anyone else is running into this. I have a 2025 GMC Sierra, and for the past few months my myGMC app no longer shows the climate control option. I used to be able to pre-heat/cool the truck remotely with no issues, and then the feature just disappeared one day. It hasn’t come back since. I contacted OnStar online support, but they weren’t any help—they just gave generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t fix anything. Has anyone else had this happen? Did you find a workaround or get it restored somehow? Appreciate any insight.FYI...Trailer Light Testing Is Back
To all community members, if you missed it, I have some good news. Back in March, OnStar removed the Trailer Light Testing feature from the mobile apps, which was a major headache for many of us. The Update: As of the last couple of weeks, the feature has officially returned! You can find it again under the Control Tab in both the myGMC and myChevrolet apps. What’s Next? I’m really hoping this means Climate Controls are next on the list to be restored. They were removed around the same time earlier this year, and with winter hitting hard, having that functionality back would be a lifesaver. Keep an eye on your apps and make sure you're running the latest update!I am unable to link my OnStar account to MyChevy account.
We got a 26 Trailblazer yesterday and activated our OnStar account. We have 8 years free of the MyChevy app features (remote start, location, mileage, etc) and a 2 month trial of OnStar. When I open MyChevy app, it is still prompting me to push the OnStar button to activate. It shows in the vehicle status that there is no OnStar account linked. When I go to link my existing account to MyChevy, the page is blank. I've tried through the app, mobile browser, and home computer and have the same issue. I called OnStar and they couldn't help. She said she escalated it, but provided no time frame on when I'd hear back. Despite all this the wifi works, but we have no access to the features of the MyChevy app. Hoping for some guidance since phone representatives have not provided any resolution.Chevy traverse 2025 no longer connecting to app even after modular replacement
I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I just recently changed the module for my OnStar in the vehicle and brought it home and it will not even update the map or connect to perform unlock or remote start.
