Chevy app commands not working
My Chevy app commands do not work. I have a 2026 Chevy Traverse LT. I have live chatted customer service and have done all the necessary reinstallation’s and deletions. I have done any sort of trouble shooting they have told me to do and nothing. I have even called and still nothing. Every time I try to send a command it takes a while to send then ultimately fails and says “Failed to reach traverse”. It has been happening ever since the purchase of the vehicle.

Same problem here. Mine is a 2025 LT.
