Hello,
My app has not synced with the vehicle in over a week, also when I tried to use the "OnStar" button with in my truck it did not connect or do anything. I have had my truck and the this round of OnStar for this vehicle and it just began to be an issue. I've had OnStar on the last 5 vehicles and this is the first time I'm having this issue.
I have tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it. Shutting down my phone and rebooting. Disconnecting it from both the bluetooth, wifi, all connections from the truck and the phone/app and it is still not working.
Additionally, I've not had the wifi hotspot service in over a week either so I feel there is something coordinated.
