2025 Silverado app not updating status

Have had a 2025 Silverado TB sense Christmas and my Vehicle status has not update in two weeks have tried reinstalling app, signing out and back in. Power cycling the truck and nothing

I'll be following your post. I bought a 2025 Equinox in November and the Vehicle Status in the MyChevrolet App stopped updating after the second day. My case has been "escalated" with OnStar Support  for over a month, but that apparently doesn't mean much because I just got my weekly call from OnStar to tell me the technical team still has not done anything about my case. I wish you good luck and if you find a solution,  please post it here  for myself and the many other s who have this same problem.
