I have a valid Dr License my partner doesn't.  I purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox LT 10 months ago. Why is he getting a bill for my vehicle services ie On Star and Sirius when he doesn't even own a vehicle? And we were not together plans he had nothing to do with the purchase of my Vehicle.
