Why doesn’t my PSI tire pressure show up on my app it’s been a few days now?

I had a 2010 CTS wagon with same issue from October 2022 to January 2024, no tire pressure on monthly report and no tire pressure on app. I had a case number, numerous calls from OnStar agents assuring me the problem had been escalated to the highest reaches. The problem was never fixed and I got rid of the car. The problem started when OnStar updated its software sometime in September 2022.
