My Chevrolet App - unable to retrieve account details

Just traded my 2018 Cruze on a 2024 trax. Switched my email account associated with the myChevrolet app. Now that the trax is on my account (I can see it on the website) the app is giving me this error message. OnStar is linked to the account on the website, fyi. Please help!!
