Tried everything to log into myChevrolet app, continues to get the error Unable to Retrieve Account Information. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Apparently it is a known issue?

As an initial troubleshooting step, when the error message "Unable to retrieve account details" appears after logging into the myChevrolet Mobile App, select “Log Off” instead of “Retry". Selecting “Log Off” will ensure that a new session is started, which refreshes the app. We do recommend waiting 5-10 minutes for services to sync.
