Battery status is not updating

App version: 7.0.0 build 260, background refresh enable

Phone IOS 17.6.1

Troubleshoot:

• Remove the old version and reinstall with latest one
• Close and reopen app
• Sign out/in 

I always need to sign out/in to see the battery status but not all the time works, if I open the app and in few seconds my phone doesn't vibrate (2 short one), I know it will not update the status but if vibrate, there is big possibility works.

I see many people complaining about this but there is no solution, even sign out/in is very annoying. Maybe GM should hire back 1000 software engineer that they fired?

Btw i had no problem with the app when i had EUV
