Vehicle status in myBuick app not updated for 4 weeks

My vehicle status in the Buick app hasn’t updated for 4 weeks. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I made sure my phone iOS is up to date. Restarted the phone. Nothing has helped. Remote commands from app still work.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Tammy. Are you receiving any error codes when attempting to view your Vehicle Status? If the mobile app is up-to-date on your device, we do recommend completing a Power Cycle. This should assist in updating your vehicle insight and ensuring any diagnostics are accurate. Please see the below steps:

1. Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes
2. Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected)
3. Log out of the myBuick app and log back in - this may help the app refresh
4. If the concern is still not resolved, please wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the app again, as the status can take a few minutes to update
5. Drive the vehicle around for a few minutes to allow data to refresh on the app

If you are still having concerns after completing these steps, let us know.

I performed all these steps and the app has still not refreshed and is still showing the data from 4 weeks ago. I don’t get an error message of any kind.
