Hello,
August 2020 my credit card exp date was changed.
Every month OnStar tells me my payment has a problem.
Every month, with gradually increasing frustration, I call and discuss this with an onstar representative. Every month I am told it will never happen again and how sorry they are..
And here we are in March and a new OnStar message arrived to tell me all the wonderful services I will loose without payment.
Can GM properly update their credit card processing system like every other of my vendors managed to do last September??

Thank you for brining this to our attention. If you would like to add a new payment method to your account or edit a current one, you may do so at experience.GM.com. Once you are logged in, select “Account overview", choose "Payments" and "Manage Payments", then click Edit, Delete or Add a Payment Method. Should you experience any issues, please send an email to socialmedia@gm.com with ‘ATTN: OnStar Community/DavidVT’ in the subject line. Doing so will allow our team to look into your concern and assist.
