Continued charges after canceling twice

Sometime in late 2022, I canceled my service online, under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Assembly Bill No. 390).

On November 27th 2023, I noticed the charges continued past my previous cancelation attempt. I called to cancel on that date, and was told by the support agent that I would no longer be charged after December (??).

On January 23rd, I was once again charged by Onstar. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They refunded me.

Now, today, I have received YET ANOTHER $15 CHARGE. This is absurd. I have exhausted my options to cancel. If I cannot get this resolved ASAP, I will begin litigation.

We appreciate you bringing these ongoing billing concerns to our attention. We would like to take a further look into things. So we may, please email your details to socialmedia@gm.com with ATTN: OnStar Community/ambolton in the subject headline.

Yes, trial is too risky and dangerous. I am still trying to cancel
