Got in the car after doing some shopping. Screen was frozen. Would not reboot. No functionality for the drive home (speedometer, nav, infotainment, etc). Quite frustrating. Called OnStar and they were not able to help nor did they say that they would document the issue and send to GM. Only told me to go and see my dealer.

Well Pat, that was a disaster. Several calls. On one call, i was transferred 4 times! On the final call, it was dropped and the advisor that took my phone number did not call me back. Brutal.
