Issues started shortly before Christmas with the radio shutting off randomly or becoming unresponsive. By the time I went to the dealer on 12-26-2023 the infotainment center was completely inoperable. No radio, no OnStar, no GPS, no Wifi, and so forth. Dealer stated that a module needed to be replaced but the part was backordered with no ETA. We are close to the middle of February and there is still no word. Evidently from other threads this is not an unusual problem. For a 2023 Traverse, this is a very disappointing and frustrating experience!

my infotainment system on my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 denali duramax has crashed and now shows a cadillac logo on startup then goes to black screen of death. Onstar is inoperable, usb power plugs are intermittent, no radio, no bluetooth, no wifi and no navigation. on my 3rd day driving my $70 truck like this. been to 2 dealers and they both said i would have to leave it for 2-3 days just for evaluation. Each said they were not aware of this issue. after 2 days online i see this is a know issue and has been at least since 2021. lots of other GM owners have this exact issue! this is my 12th gmc and may be my last. not sure i can trust the brand or the dealer network anymore. When my truck had 50,000 miles the dealer service department told me that GM recommended i replace my front lower control arms as standard maintenance recommendation from GM!! What kind of plastic truck needs this done at 50K?? unbelievable.
