Display of Incoming Text

Text message notifications are no longer displayed on the infotainment center.  I have deleted the app, unpaired, re-paired and still not back to where I was a month ago.  The best I have done is a text message is automatically read to me when it comes in. I can no longer ignore it if someone is in the truck with me.  I have a 2021 Sierra Denali and an Apple iPhone iOS 18.2
