When i try to log into Alexa i get a no internet error.  In fact I actually have never been able to log into it. Never even did the setup process. But all other apps, hot spot, even Amazon Music works. I think reinstall of the Alexa app may fix the issue, but i can't find and instructions on how to do that. Suggestions?

We do appreciate your outreach. To further clarify, are you referring to Alexa Built-In? To learn more about your infotainment system you can visit https://www.gmc.com/support/vehicle/entertainment/displays-radio/infotainment-system-setup moving forward. If you continue to have concerns with your Alexa Built-In, kindly provide us with any specific error codes you are experiencing. We are here to help to the best of our abilities.

Yes this is for the Alexa built in. So i need to set it up for first time use, it asked me to sign in like it was setup but since it wasn't setup correctly or something. It will not connect to internet it just says it can't connect to internet try later. No error codes just says can't connect to internet try later. But all other apps can connect to internet.

I think it's been disabled by GM.  You would think that they would either remove the app or at least post something that it's no longer supported. I get the same error as porterac

We appreciate you reaching out to us here for assistance with your inquiries into the Alexa Skill for myGMC, Damon. For your awareness, our goal is to provide our members access to OnStar, wherever they are. We found that our members prefer to use remote commands in their vehicle mobile apps. In response, we decided to end the myBrand skill for Amazon Alexa. OnStar discontinued the vehicle mobile apps Skill feature for Amazon Alexa-supported devices on October 31, 2024. Note the Alexa Built-in will not be sunset, and all in vehicle functionality remains the same. Only commands from your home to your car were discontinued. On October 31, 2024, users who had set up (linked) the vehicle mobile app skill to their Amazon Alexa device were un-linked from the skill and are no longer be able to perform any related functions, which include sending voice commands to their vehicle, through their Alexa device. Any new or existing members will no longer be able to set up the skill through their Alexa device. That being said, members can still use remote commands to perform the same functions that were available via Alexa, with an active eligible service plan. Our team hopes that we were able to clarify this matter to your satisfaction. If there are any other questions or concerns that we may assist you with, our team is always here and ready to help.
