Unable to Use Website After Logging In
My parents recently gave me their truck as a gift and they also transfered all of their GM Rewards points to me to use for Onstar. I went to go look at all of the different Onstar services to see which would best suite me and I found one. So I logged into my account that I created a while back and tried to go to the Onstar One page but it just took me back to onstar.com/trial. This would happen with any of the pages on the Onstar website, even the account. It wouldn't even actually log me in, it would for a split second and take me to shop.onstar.com but then instantly take me back to onstar.com/trial page and I wouldn't be logged in. This goes for any browser and any device. I have tried my phone, my laptop, my chromebook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, none of them work. Can someone help please?
I found what the problem was, for me atleast, I don’t know if it will be the same for everybody else that has the same problem. For me it was because my dads truck was still under his OnStar account that I couldn’t add it to mine or anything, so I did have to end up pushing the onstar button in the truck and activate it that way by talking to a representative. The solution should be the same for everybody though, just push the onstar button in your car

I am seeing this same behavior when I try get any info from my onstar, I can login see another screen for a moment then it goes to the activate trial page. Just to top it off I just bought today and they could not get my vehicle to show onstar in mychevrolet app.

I am having this issue too! I’d love to set up a trial to see if I would like to get it but can’t even get into the site! I get a flash of the page I want to go to and then it kicks back to the homepage

From my understanding, the only work around is to turn your vehicle on and hit the onstar button and troubleshoot or seek information that way.

Same issue for me, page keeps resetting. And here I am trying to give them money
