Unable to Use Website After Logging In

I found what the problem was, for me atleast, I don’t know if it will be the same for everybody else that has the same problem. For me it was because my dads truck was still under his OnStar account that I couldn’t add it to mine or anything, so I did have to end up pushing the onstar button in the truck and activate it that way by talking to a representative. The solution should be the same for everybody though, just push the onstar button in your car
I am seeing this same behavior when I try get any info from my onstar, I can login see another screen for a moment then it goes to the activate trial page. Just to top it off I just bought today and they could not get my vehicle to show onstar in mychevrolet app.
